Horsetail has many uses but here we'll focus on the benefits it provides for teeth.  It has a high silica content which helps to build enamel that will repair and strengthen your teeth.  It contains anti-inflammatory chemicals which can soothe the pain caused by inflamed gums.  Horsetail is also antibacterial and antimicrobial which gives it the power to kill the germs that cause bad breath and prevent plaque.
