Spearmint Oil

Mentha spicata has the familiar fragrance of chewing gum. Some traditional uses for spearmint are for relieving bronchitis and sinusitis, to ease nausea and headaches, for relieving colds or flu and to stimulate, energize and relieve fatigue. It is used in beekeeping as well as it calms the bees and improves hive health.
